1. One-on-One Coaching

• 24-hour cancellation required.
• Missed sessions are non-refundable.
• Refunds only if U-RISE cancels.

2. Group Sessions

• Fees are non-refundable once the session starts.

3. Workshops

• Prepaid and non-refundable.
• Rescheduling allowed only if space is available.

4. Exceptional Cases

• Refunds may be considered for medical emergencies with valid proof.
